Who Are deMont Digital Services?
deMont Digital Services is a small company run by myself, Charlie de Montagnac and my wife Lee. We provide professional IT support and assistance to an increasing number of companies and individuals who recognise the benifit of Apple Macintosh computers. The Mac’s growing popularity is not simply due to its aesthetic beauty and legendary ease of use but also because more people are attracted to its solid security and freedom from viruses. By choosing a Macintosh you can practically side-step the drudge and paranoia associated with viruses and spyware, something experienced by Windows users on a daily basis.
Experience
My experience with Apple Macs stretches back nearly fifteen years, during which time I have worked as a designer and illustrator and also as a creative software trainer. Throughout, I have been keenly aware of the technical processes taking place within the computer and it is my knowledge and interest in this area which eventually led to the forming of our support company. Because of my background in the creative industry I consider myself exceptionally well qualified to understand the problems facing other creative users.
Although our knowledge of the Mac stretches back many years, our promise of support for earlier systems only goes back as far as OS 9. Primarily, our services are here to assist people who are moving towards more powerful, modern and secure technology, which OS 9 isn't.
