deMont Digital Services - Contracts, Fees and Terms


General Callouts
For those in the London area who only require occasional assistance we charge a nominal callout fee of £20.00 to cover travelling time and expenses and the hourly rate is £50.00. Callout outside London is negotiable and is relative to our location in Kingston Upon Thames.

Maintenance Contracts
It's often in the best interests of a user, especially with regard to small businesses, to have ongoing support from a technician. We're happy to set up contracts with clients, to pop in to your office on a regularly agreed basis and to give your equipment the once over, making sure everything is running at optimum performance.

If you feel a maintenance contract could be the best solution for your needs, please contact us to discuss your special requirements and negotiate a fee.

Delivery and Pick Up Option.
If you wish to deliver your computer to our premises and pick it up after completion of work, we have a special hourly rate of £30 (excl. VAT). Please call to arrange a suitable time.

Invoicing & Terms of Payment
On completion of work at your premises, we will furnish you with a short description of the work carried out and will ask you for your signature of approval. You will receive an invoice in the post which will be due within 14 days of receipt.

  • All quoted fees are subject to VAT.
  • Invoices may be settled by cheque (UK Banks only) or bank transfer (please call us for bank details).

We reserve the right to revise our Fees and Terms of Business at any time.
